Information for Your First Visit

  • Dresscode

While Berlin appreciates individual style more than strict dress codes, a neat appearance and appropriate clothing are generally desired. If you enjoy dressing up, a casino visit is a great opportunity to do so.

  • Admission

The minimum age for admission is 18 years. At all our venues, we are required to register guests upon entry with a valid official photo ID (identity card or passport). The admission fee is €2.00 at all our locations (including cloakroom service at Potsdamer Platz).

  • Player Card

Register for the free Player Card to simplify the entry process. By registering for free, you automatically become a member of the Player Club. In addition to expedited entry control, club members receive additional casino-specific benefits. Membership renewal is simple and informal on an annual basis.

  • Opening Hours

We are open 360 days a year! Our closing days are Good Friday, Memorial Day (Volkstrauertag), Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Special opening hours apply on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Detailed opening hours can be found at each location.

Locations

Potsdamer Platz

The main house of Spielbank Berlin is Germany’s second-largest casino and has been located at Potsdamer Platz since 1998—a place where Berlin’s history was made. In addition to slot machines, we offer Germany’s largest poker floor as well as classic games where our dealers welcome you to roulette and blackjack tables as well as Punto Banco (Baccarat).

TV Tower

The Fernsehturm is Berlin’s iconic landmark. Situated directly at Alexanderplatz—the tallest structure in Germany—it offers a breathtaking view over the vibrant city. At this landmark location, our casino awaits you with an exciting mix of classic games and numerous slot machines.

Ku’damm

The current Casino at Kurfürstendamm has been open since 2021 when we bid farewell to our traditional location at Los Angeles Platz and inaugurated this new venue in the heart of West Berlin. Spanning two floors over 1,000 square meters, it features state-of-the-art slot machines as well as roulette and blackjack tables.

Ellipse Spandau

Located at Altstädter Ring in the characteristic Ellipse near Spandau Town Hall is another Spielbank Berlin venue. While the surroundings are quieter compared to central Berlin, guests can still experience a varied and exciting gaming offering here.
