The Spielbank Berlin is once again a proud partner of the German Traber Derby in Mariendorf in 2025.
The traditional Mariendorf trotting track was once again the venue for the German Traber Derby in summer 2025, one of the most important events on the German horse racing calendar. The Spielbank Berlin, longtime main sponsor of the event, once again proved to be a dedicated host and supporter of the sport this year.
The derby weekend offered numerous enthusiastic visitors a spectacular program of horse racing, entertainment, and exciting casino highlights. The “Spielbank Berlin Trophy,” the derby champions’ cup, was once again awarded as a special prize and went to outstanding trotting professionals.
At the same time, the “Casino on Tour” attracted many visitors to the roulette tables, where horse racing and casino atmosphere impressively merged. This exclusive mobile casino is a fixed component of the event and excites horse racing fans and casino visitors alike.
Gerhard Wilhelm, spokesperson of the management of Spielbank Berlin, emphasized the importance of this partnership: “The derby is a sporting and social highlight of Berlin. We are proud to support this traditional sport and bring the casino experience to the races.”
