On 11 and 12 March 2026, dealers from all Spielbank Berlin locations competed against one another to demonstrate their skill, precision, and expertise in classic games.
A stage for the highest concentration and precision
The competition focused on the disciplines American Roulette and Black Jack. Here, millimeter-level accuracy and the utmost attention are essential – every movement has to be right, every moment counts. In addition to skill and speed, performance at the table is also part of the evaluation: confident interaction with guests, mastery of procedures under time pressure, and a strong sense of the dynamics at the gaming table are what truly define the quality of our profession.
The competition was complemented by five exciting side events, in which additional talents were recognized:

Professionally prepared – internationally recognized
The Berlin Dealer Championship was prepared with great commitment and further developed in several respects this year. The goal was to prepare the participants as well as possible for the German Dealer Championship 2026, which will be held for the first time at Spielbank Berlin from 28 to 30 April 2026.
The procedures, rules, and judging criteria were aligned internationally – a decisive step toward taking the competition in Berlin to the next level. A particular highlight: for the first time in Germany, a judging software will be used that is already standard in the United Kingdom and the EU. This ensures a fair, consistent, and transparent judging system – an important contribution on the way to European comparability.
The path leads upward – all the way to the European Championship
Anyone who made it onto the podium at the Berlin Dealer Championship not only earned the applause of their colleagues, but also qualified for the German Dealer Championship 2026. There, participants can look forward not only to a high-caliber national competition, but also to the chance to qualify for the European Dealer Championship.
Alongside the professional challenge, the shared experience also takes center stage: exciting competitions, a strong team spirit, and a varied supporting program make these events true highlights.
